What's been your biggest internal comms challenge during covid-19?

Helping people to see beyond Covid-19 (while delivering what matters today) and how we need to join up with other functions that influence the employee experience to realign for a collectively more positive and strategic impact.

Thanks Karen, attention spans do seem to be contracting and alignment between key functions is really important to ensure employees are not confused. Do you think technology is helping or making this problem worse?

It depends on how the technology is selected, used and introduced :-)

If it is selected based on joined up (across the employee experience/functions) and clear outcomes that will have a positive impact on employees and the business then it can help. When it isn't thought through, introduced based on a knee jerk or because it is shiny without a human-focused change communications activation, it creates all sorts of problems.
